arrange for a termite inspection, a septic pumping and
certification, and the suggested property inspection, and then
confirm that any requested repairs have been completed.

review the final settlement statement before close of escrow to let you
know how much money to bring to the table. Without fail, I keep strict
confidentiality throughout the transaction.

Within five days of an accepted contract, I obtain a Sellers'
Property Disclosure Statement for your perusal. This indicates
anything that would negatively impact your decision to purchase.
Disclosure questions cover problems with heating and cooling,
electrical, plumbing, title and much more. A Buyer may demand that
any problems be remedied, and if the Seller refuses to do so, the
contract may be rescinded. |
One
may wish to consider the advantages of a "Home Owner
Warranty" if the home is older, or is not under a contractor
warranty.
